I dont have the cd from positioning
i did get it from verizon, they set it up but didnt give me cd, but i never tried using wireless connection till now
Since you do not have the CD I accept you did not get this from Verizon but from a friend. I think the Verizon modem only works if you have a service contract from Verizon. Exterior of that the item does not work.
