my actiontec modem is hooked up to Qwest DSL, and every land is on and green (ethernet, usb...) but the internet light remains red. ive done some tampering, but cannot discover why. help?
If you are using Qwest as your ISP give them a call. If not, give your ISP a call. The red gleam usually means no connection to the ISP.
