how can i make phone call with v92 modem?

i use windows dialer to return phone call but my voice doesn't pass.
i've tested my microphone and it works politely.
i've also tried other softwares and they have the same problem.

You don't modem stands for set demodulate. If you want to make a voice call use VOIP or a phone.
