Query about Three pay and go sim and mifi modem?
I'm looking at buying a mifi modem, but the figures is capped at 15gb/month on contract. The phone pay and go sim is unlimited so can i put it in the modem and get truely myriad internet for 15 pound a month? And also if i can, is it full internet (can i course videos properly)
No. Most sim cards and post providers prevent you from 'tethering' which means using your phone as a wifi router, or using them in usb dongles and such like. This is because phones as a rule access compressed mobile websites and videos, hence using up less internet transportation.
