When Comcast says "your signal strength is low, powercycle modem" are they looking at Downstream Power Level?
I see on my modem html bellman that there is a "downstream power level." Is this the same level Comcast reps are looking at when they say that my "signal level is absolutely low" ?
What is an acceptable signal level?
