Took two hours in employ c queue up at a shaw store after 1 and a half hours on hold on the phone to get my out of whack modem swapped...ffffff

An hour on the phone (incl. hold spell) w/ cust. support., and all they seem to have done is try resetting the modem. @ 
we've bought another $100 modem, installed it, talked to some guy in India, and been on hold for gawd only knows how lengthy... AT&T sucks!
