Modem not sending or receiving data?
We haven't had internet for a while because my mom couldn't pay the bill. She called RCN to put it back on yesterday. They did, and I can distinguish it is on, but it isn't receiving or sending data. Well, they aren't lighting up at all. Why is that? Am I able to fix this on
Have you power-cycled the modem? Unplug the modem's power adapter for 30 seconds and then jam it back in. Make sure all cables are connected properly and that the electrical market and/or power strip your modem is plugged into is working properly. If the modem still doesn't

So anyway they fastened my internet But not the speed that will be done on Wednesday! & there sending me a new modem YAY!
@ yep and they didn't chide me. They told me they were sending me a new modem NOT a hub thingy
