My cable modem keeps losing connection. I have to keep disabling the modem and enabling it.?

It does this about every 5-10 minutes. Why is it doing this? The only way to get it working again is to disable it and then delegate it but its annoying. It was working fine one day and now its acting up. HELP! Please!
Talk to your Telegraph company. Either your cable service is flaky or your Cable modem is present.
