Modem 2 ethernet ports - Modems

I have a modem with 2 ethernet ports and both are in use is there a splitter that will alow me to have 3?

Get a flog. Never get a hub, those are inefficient and old technology...
The switch will share the ethernet port with 4 more computers. This is assuming your modem is a router as well, giving out DHCP addresses.
The deviate you linked to should do it fine....
