Modem 0 line playback - Modems

I reinstalled xp pro and now i have no sound. under volume control it says modem #0 line playback.?

How do i fix this fine kettle of fish it happen once before but i don't remember how i fixed it

download and establish "Realtek AC97 Audio Driver" here:

then you'll get your din back.
