What is a external DVD-RW drive that will work with a Mac and a PC?

I'm using both a PC and a Mac at line, and I need a external DVD-RW drive that I can use with both of them. There's already a HP drive that some folks in the office use, but its not compatible with the Mac. We've also tried using the Lacie drives, but they are moral awful.
