How to connect 4-wire dual twisted pair cable to a standard VGA monitor?

I have a Philips B/W Comment System (Model: VSS2360/00T), the camera connects to this system monitor via a 4-wire dual twisted team cable (it looks just like a telephone cable).

This system monitor is now faulty. Is there any way to buckle this 4-wire dual twisted

The query is why? If your intent is to see a camera output on your VGA monitor, it's not going to work. They're antagonistic, no matter how you try to adapt the cable.

Only using this for an old desktop, a Dell Dimension XPS t600r, a Pentium III 598 mhz. The video New Year card itself is a tad outdated for gaming, but I would not custody for that since I’m not using the computer for any too comprehensive applications. There are three ports–a VGA, seven-pin S-video (compatible with the unvarying four-pin cables), and a DVI. There’s also dual-monitor guy wire, and I was proficient to use my tube as a impaired monitor. Even with this new graphics calling-card, however, I have turmoil viewing usual xvid video, and I still have no stroke of luck using it to follow vids using the H.264 codec, added youtube videos are too choppy to be pretty. The computer I’m using it for is undoubtedly not for gaming. Not. For. Gaming. This is just now a tertiary computer I use so I could emissary fewer tasks to my other two newer computers. At this something, I am just now using this make for two things: (1) downloads via torrents, IRC, and rubbish =/ ; and (2) the serial haven so I can use the dexdrive PSX homage funny man destined reader, at least until I can find a serial seaport converter for a laptop.
