so i have a quiz about my computer. i dont know why but everytime i go on it it shuts down after every 30 min. it is geting on my last and only the heebie-jeebies! what can i do to stop this, i do have a "service plane" for it but i have had this computer for 4 years

I don't be versed. If it were mine I would check the power supply. Is it a laptop? A 3 or 4yr old battery packet might drain in 30min. if the power cord is bad. Does it start unerringly back up? Have you looked at your event viewer for clues? Control Panel>maintaining>admin>event
