How do I replace a lamp on my Sony 50'' Grand Wega, Model KDS-R50XBR1?

I've presume from the manual, but there appears to be no lamp "door" on the announce and the manual just tells you a little. Am I supposed to take the undivided back panel off? Also, I see a tiny door at read near bottom instantly with a tiny screw, but this is way

no don't take off the complete back panel. if you're facing the back panel of the tv, the lamp door is at the lower formerly larboard side (not the back). it's almost under the screen. you have to loosen the screw before opening the lamp door. you'll differentiate it's the

This release went very well - indulgent to invest (2 minutes). The only question was whether or not it was hard. It would be dramatic decision to have gen stories available, to say what the symptoms are that someone would have the opportunity to highlight as a key. Before investing in an expensive part I wish I had more faith that this was a necessary corrective.
