How do you work a Palm Universal Wireless Keyboard?

I bought it from a twist to use with my Palm TX. I didn't get and cds with it and no instructions for use. I can't even get the power light to come on let alone get my TX to find it. If anyone own this ploy you could please tell me what to do to set it up and start using it.
You have need of to go here, http://www.palm.com/us/support/downloads /universal_wireless_keyboard.html, to download the driver for the keyboard. The instructions on how to do this is on the chapter too.
