If i sew a solar panel to a battery holder full of rechargeable batteries, is there a reaction that can shut of electricity to the batteries when they are fully charged? How do commercial solar chargers do it?
where can i buy a battery regulator?

    Top down opinion of my home made solar battery charging box. It's about 50% done. I differentiate the bottom doesn't fit right, but this fashion is truly hand made- I don't have narrowest sense tools so I had to do the best cuts I could with mitt tools and a lot of sanding.
