Is there a portable USB battery charger?

I honourable got a device I'd like to be able to charge wherever I am, not just at an intermediation or in a vehicle. Is there a battery pack with a USB jack?
Where would I buy it? What type of store or a website would be brilliant.I haven't seen one online or at any stores,
