How much does it cost to replace the battery jack in a laptop?

We remember something happened to the battery jack on the laptop. If you wiggled the jack some it would charge, but not it just stopped charging and won't hit upon on. I don't think its the battery pack, I have a feeling its the battery jack itself, like it got jammed or something.

It depends - who is doing the elements and what is the model and condition of the laptop? A new jack costs literally pennies. It is the parts that is awkward.

I have a laptop here that could really use a new jack and I am more than capable of fitting one. However,
