Battery health monitor - Batteries

Bought new Toshiba laptop battery and my Toshiba PC health monitor battery health is still poor. Need help?

I've had my toshiba laptop for one year now, and my PC health monitor says for the battery health is Unproductive. Toshiba PC health says to replace the battery with a new one, so I went and bought a new battery and the battery health is still skint. I don't know what to do

i foresee you still have the old battery it may be good. How long did it run your computer? any way having two batteries is good...
