How can you make battery powered candles light up from a light switch?

Hi, I am redoing my dwelling to be a harry potter theme and I am tring to switch my lighting. I was hoping to go for a floating candle group thing and hanging them from the ceiling with wire and they are supposed to be non flamable by battery power. The detail is I dont know

that's not a credible idea since batteries are very low voltage, nearly nonexistant, and a ignite switch on a normal house circuit is 110v. The wiring in the candles would overheat and ground a fire.
